Ordered chicken royal regular meal, no mayo in the burger, chips without salt, coke with no Ice. And sour sauce. Waited 20 minutes. They requested me to wait in the parking lot. I explained themnthat I am in between my hospital shift and it’s already late. So, I need refund if they want me to wait longer. They served. Salty chips that wasn’t definitely fresh. Coke not filled the cup nicely only 2/4 was filled. No sauce. Burger had mayo. I couldn’t eat. If you can’t serve community passionately . You should close the shop. Otherwise you need to meet the hospitality guidelines and serve good food. if there was less than 1 star I would give that . Chips making takes 2 minutes, making a burger takes 2 minutes. You made customer wait 20 minutes and gave her saggy food.
You don't expect much from Hungry Jacks but still they failed to deliver. Their service was the slowest I've ever experienced, and the burger was missing half of the ingredients given how old and cold the included ingredients were, maybe this was a blessing. The chips were too salty and only half full. Do yourself a favour and keep driving. This experience has put me off going back to Hungry Jack for good. Yuck!
Food takes too long to be cooked needs more people of a morning at 6.00 am as workers coming in for breakfast before they start takes ages to get food I was passing through thinking of getting something quick had to wait half an hour to get food
We ordered and had a half an hour wait for the food most of the carpark was full from people being parked to wait for orders.nnDespite being parked for half an hour, the food was ALL *somehow* cold.nnWhen this was raised with the store via the app, no response was received.
Bought 3 chocolate thick shakes and 1 strawberry thick shake. This is the worst milkshake I've had in my life. All 4 were essentially syrup only. It's like drinking raw sugar. Used the drive through which was understaffed. Walk-ins were closed due to staff shortage. I should have just threw the $20 in the bin and saved myself the trip.
