Probably the best KFC in the district. I've been here 3 times and the food has always been fresh and hot! The chips have always been extra salted when asked. It's always a hit & miss with extra salt on the chips at other KFCs but this one never misses! Keep up the great work South Rockhampton KFC!
Food was good and fast service although the chips were a little cool. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. I would think that a toilet seat wouldn’t cost too much to replace. The current one is buckled and peeling. To the point you would not could not use it.
I ordered through the app, changing my store to KFC Rockhampton South. Unfortunately the app malfunctioned and ordered to the wrong location. I mentioned this mishap to Chelsea and she was instantly understanding and very happy to help. She sorted out my issue with fantastic customer service. The food was great too. Will definitely be coming back again.
Toilets are horrible and need to be upgraded. Tables were all dirty, one had been wiped, but very poorly. Chicken was overcooked and dry. Burger bun was borderline stale. Overall not a good experience at all!!
Ordered two sliders, only one had chicken on it. So a slider of lettuce and sauce left a lot to be desired.nChips were soggy. Very disappointed.
