Stopped off at KFC with my Dad for tea. We are away on holiday and just arrived in Rocky. KFC was extremely busy and some customers were very rude. There were about 18 orders on the screen. I'm not sure of the girls name that was working there but she handled everything beautifully. She told us it was her 18th birthday tomorrow 10th July. Lovely girl. We had a brief chat with her when it quietened down at the end, before a few more customers came in. Thanks for the choccie mousses on the house and have a great birthday! What a great example of an employee. Give her a raise! By the way, the chicken was cooked very nicely as well. Thankyou.
The chicken and strips was exremely salty, not sure if you are trying to change the recipe, but it was quite bad.nOrdered large chips but got this.....could have just taken a small one. Not great!nOrdered 3x dipping sauces which was not includednOrdered 6 pieces of chicken, got 1 wing, 2x drumsticks and 3x rib pieces and no theighs . Honestly not impressed. I feel ripped off to be honest.
I think the saff was shanies she was so helpfull and polite in fact all the staff are fabulous I've never had bad service, the food is allwas fresh and hot, I would say this is the best kfc I've been in. Thank you to management as must be training right and stor is allwas clean as im a x MacDonald's manager I look at stores well done will only go to you
The service was great to see the food was delicious and crispy the out side was to good to look at but we had to throw a bucket in the bucket but it's open
We ordered 10 chicken wings , Popcorn chicken , Extra chips . Wings doesn’t have 10 pieces inside , Popcorn chicken was not even full and Chips doesn’t even taste salt . DO NOT GO THERE OR CHECK YOUR FOOD EVERY TIME WHEN YOU GET IT . But I will not recommend it to go there .
