The place was stinking and dirty. Such a shame on chain like McDonald's
normally i don’t complain or put things on the internet but it was absolutely terrible. it took them half an hour to make one drink and only after i spoke to someone about it. they didn’t even make it properly. they ignored multiple customers, one of the blonde girls specifically was incredibly rude. another girl was on her phone on facetime with someone. got multiple orders wrong and overall terrible. never had an experience as bad as that
Don't get why you'd be so sassy in a customer service job when five people are standing doing nothing but you could at least pack the order appropriately if your going to be dissmissive
1 star is also too much. Very rude staff lady in the drive thru. Ordered matcha latte with oat milk. I don’t think they put matcha at all. The latte taste just only milk nothing like matcha. Worst worst worst macdonald in rocky. Try other mcdonald but dont go in this one. Very filthy.
Filthy, no one was cleaning up the mess.nKiosks were out of order left right and centre.nStaff were kind.nLarge chips wasn't filled properly.nAn employee ran the hand along s bin liner and proceeded to continue serving food and drinks.
