Not just one, or two but three 'medium' frappes seems they want to charge you FULL PRICE for HALF the product. As someone whose worked in hospitality you really have to be taking the piss if you think that this is even justifiable to be serving the paying customer.

Consistently terrible may as well make any sound at the speaker cos its luck of the draw you get the meal you asked for. Feel free to ask for sauces cos you will never get them. Its almost like being brain dead is a requirement to work there

Staff members are not polite. Most boys staff don't know how to treat customers. This is the first time I experienced this kind of behaviour from macdonald staff.I think thay want to study or learn more about customer service. So bad. But south side mcdonald is better. Some duty managers also have the same behaviour. I think they should their knowledge about customer service.
