I was here two times and both times they failed to make or give me the order. The first time they even gave me the wrong order then it was just one article a cooffe. The toilets also need a deep clean, fr. Never coming back.
Online pick up order, tried the whopper with a small frozen fanta raspberry, very busy, waited over half an hour for a burger and drink - there was some issue I believe; however, the staff were swift in response, compensating with some complimentary fries and an upgraded drink size. The whopper was a nice combination for a burger, fries were okay and can't go wrong with drinks. Paper straw was a bit of a pain though.
Im not sure why I keep trying this restaurant. 20 minutes for 1 meal combo, cold burger, half filled chips.. and that’s the norm.. I used to work for this company 15 years ago and would have been fired for service this slow
Shout out to Nicolas at the North Rockhampton branch. Even though he was under the pump manning two windows, he still managed to be bright, bubbly and welcoming. Really appreciate you man, made my night 100% better
Would give minus stars if it was an option. How do you justify the outlandish prices charged for a minimal amount of food?? Seriously....$20 for a burger meal, consisting of a handful of cold chips and a post mix coke with no ice??? How can you even say you serve generous beef and chicken bugers??? When i barely even got lettuce ...as pictured here
