I ordered the Jack’s Fried Chicken, and when I finally got my meal, I found that the chicken was half raw and very hard to chew. It was already very late around 12:30 a.m., and I was exhausted after a long night. I just wanted something to eat quickly, but the line was long, and going back to complain would have meant waiting even longer. It’s very disappointing to pay for food that isn’t even properly cooked. Can't even find an option for refund

Never get all the ingredients on my burgers, especially lettuce I started to pay the 70 cents for extra but still don’t get the normal amount, love hj’s but I hate this store. The kids don’t care and neither do the managers no urgency so sad

Stopped in for a quick brekky and bathroom break while travelling and ladies bathrooms were filthy with toilet paper on the floor, skid marks and no toilet paper. My boyfriend said  there was excrement smeared on the walls in the male toilet. Both the childrens grey high chairs are also black with grime. The place should be shut down, it's disgusting.

Ordered meal through app to pickup in drive through. Went good pulled up got drinks asked to park for order. Ok. No one was parked when I parked. 7 cars parked and had their orders before we got ours. The staff member who finally brought it out after just over 15 mins no sorry for the delay, have a nice day. Your order handed over walked away. Not impressed. Understand the wait sometimes but 7 other cars parked and  left before we did and we were parked before all of them
