Would beg to differ that this is possibly the best and most enjoyable meal I've had in a long time. On my own this morning; service was a little shabby. But the atmosphere is great. Will come again time after time.

Poor service, long waits for drinks and meals; apparently cleaning tables must be someone else's job as there's always several cluttered tables. I've been here a number of times before and after the refurbishment, they really need to try better. Go elsewhere.

Very poor customer service, we were first over charged, then the wrong coffees came out to us, then the food was wrong. We tried to be polite and cheerful because we are in hospitality as well but everytime the manager, young man, was quiet rude about it. This was 7-11-17 so plenty of time (months) since reopening and for the new owners and staff to sort out any teething problems. Very disappointed. Unfortunately we will not be back anytime soon.

The "Barista" had a face like a smacked bum. Rude, slow, busy on her phone and got my order completely wrong. Didn't say hello before my order was even considered being important enough to take. F@#$ing terrible.

Love the coffee here but food was disappointing for the price. Crepes are on the menu but they "didn't have any", and couldn't make more when i asked. Young man behind the counter was not friendly and the waitresses seem stressed. Service with a smile would go a mile.
