I’ve been frequenting this place a couple of times each week for the last month -6 weeks. The staff are constantly friendly, speedy and very accommodating. The coffee is great, the food really good too. These guys work their buts off to get you your order as fast as they possibly can. Most days they have enormous cue’s but they get through them really fast. Well done Team Rockhampton Zaraffas You are appreciated  Parking: Across the road is a vacant lot so plenty of parking there

Stopped in to pick up breakfast this morning. The staff were very friendly, helpful and our order was ready in no time. Raisin toast was the best I have had for some time, well done. Coffee was good also.

Great, delicious beverages. My favourite is the white chocolate coffee. A bit pricey, however, the quality and delicious taste of the products makes up for it.  Parking: Small parking with a drive through

Thank you for making me the best Masai White Chocolate Mocha extra two shots, extra hot on Zymil, no cream. @coffeewithtess  Sometimes the line up takes time but I use it to go through and process what I need to do and think about what takes priority.  You have a blank wall as a willing canvas. I would love to see some positive affirmations perhaps coffee related. It can also help 'anchor' the action of buying yourself a coffee as something that you deserve to treat yourself or look at it as an essential thing to do to start your day.

The coffee and food are decent but unfortunately the location prevents a smooth flow for the drive through and causes confusion amongst other drivers as to who is next, it's a major problem for ppl wanting the quicker drive through experience!Food: 4/5

Zarraffa's in my opinion is one of the best coffee places in Rocky. Especially their "Fusion" drinks, they're just too good. Ive never had anything as good as them at any other coffee places.

Great coffee,  but last 2 times I've been there not happy. First time got an iced chocolate which was warm milk obviously sitting out and not in the fridge, then yesterday got a hot mocha which was barely warm, sent it back. What's going on???
