Called up to ask about the check engine lights flashing in our Forester. Told it'd be a two week wait for a service. Didn't want a service, just wanted to know what was wrong with the car - "could be anything, book in for in so we can check it out.... in two weeks". Went to a place in North Geelong instead that over the phone had a few ideas of the issue and within two days were looking at the car and fixing. Definitely not a place I'd recommend for after sales or mechanical servicing.

Completely unhelpful. Car was idoling low and stalling so they booked it in "fixed" it but didnt bother driving it afterwards to realise it now was reving so high during gear changes or whenever the clutch was to the floor. Called up and they said book it in well have a look. Complete lack of care.

Always been great, can only speak for the service department though. Just book your car in way in advance.

Great both in Sales and service departments. Much better than my experience with a couple of Melbourne Subaru dealerships.
