If i could rate less than 1 star for Rex Gorell Ford Servicing I would. What an arrogant and self centred organisation. From the Telephone operators ( 2 different ladies, both bad as each other) to the service dept obviously loyal Ford customers mean nothing. After enquiring about a major issue with the car to be looked at, then brushed of and ignored I vow to never use Gorell Ford again. Friends have always said stay away from the servicing dept, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt over the last 6 years. And to think I wanted to purchase a new Ford from them!! No wonder Ford have gone backwards with these cowboys ruining the blue oval.. Alas, I rang a local mechanic and they couldnt be more helpful fixing the problem, and a lot cheaper to.. Beware of Gorell Ford, they sell you the world and give you nothing..........

Really worst customer service would recommend everyone never go at this place .They only know how to make money from the customer. I got ford falcon I been to them first to check the brakes they said it need to be replace. I paid for the brake pads$80 after couple of days it starts making noise and I back again to them they said your disks needs to be machine they machine the disks and they charge me again $50 nothing been changed it's still same and after that I back again they said we can't do anything it's not our problem and car is still under warranty till end of next year 2018.

Ford Rex gorell need to walk across the road to VW or down to Mercedes and learn something about customer service. Not being able to test drive the car I wanted and being told "if something happens we know where you live" when I did test drive wasnt a positive experience.

Purchased a used car from Luke yesterday, after searching all over geelong and south west of Melbourne, Luke and the boys displayed the most accommodating service, the car was well presented and ready for sale at point of veiwing (unlike otheres we veiwed) , overall Luke created a great customer experience and that is what customer service is all about 👍👍👍
