I would like to appreciate the service provided by Rex Gorell ford during the routine service of my Mustang Gt . The ladies at Service desk were very helpful and furthermore Mark arranged everything i needed and the car was taken care by paras .nThanks again and cheers to the team !
Kaitlyn from service was good to deal with.Noticed oil leak under engine 3/2/25. Took car into service centre was given a courtesy car . Car was in for 5 days . Told to pick up car 7/2/25 said everything fixed . Timing case leak , intercooler leak and coolant leak. Monday 10/2/25 had an inspection done on car for potential buyer found leaks in engine and rear of vehicle. Very poor by service department cost me $1000 from potential buyer. Terrible and unprofessional by mechanical team
We have purchased lots of Fords from Rex Gorell Ford over a long period of time and always have a great experience. Salesperson John is always helpful and friendly making the buying experience easy. Thanks!
Terrible service, we too my partners car in to have the head light looked. As it is a sealed, light that can not be accessed, and is under warranty, however they would not rectify the issue as there are some bumper clips missing and they are trying to say because of that an insurance claim should be made, so they do not have to cover the cost of their faulty lights, the clips were removed to look behind the bumper and the car has not been hit. They have not helped at all and we have wasted time with them.
Thanks to all the team at Rex Gorell. It’s been a long journey so thanks to all previous sales persons and to Simon who managed to get me over the line. The DH is awesome and flawless and I look forward to the next part of the after sales service. I am confident it will be as good if not even a better journey. Cheers once again.
