David came in on a Sunday (when the yard was closed) to show us a car we were interested in. We decided against buying it but good service deserves recognition 👍

Firstly, I took my car in to get a service they did the service however got a call to say my wheel was punctured and they couldn't get in contact with me so they replaced my wheel with the temporary spare in the back. I get the the dealership and pick up my car and drive home to find the punctured wheel just chucked on my personal items including uni books and my laptop damaging both. I rang and spoke with the manager about this issue, after speaking with 5 people and being fluffed around for weeks they offered me a free service (even though my $2000 laptop was ruined) which I accepted (stupidly). Then I took my car in for the free service, only to find my mirror had hit something while in their hands, I also needed replacement window wipers however because this was a complimentary service of course they wouldn't replace them for free! Not very professional and considering going all the way to Melbourne to get my car serviced from now on as I am constantly having issue with your company! Not only does my car have marks on it that I'll have to fix but I need to replace my window wipers, laptop you damaged and uni books!
