Just got my car Jeep Grand Cherokee from Automaster, and I'm so glad and thankful that I went to these guys. Had an awesome experience dealing with Peter and Bill. They were very helpful right from the beginning, and they would always get back to me straight away if I had any queries regarding the car. I spoke to Peter on the phone first and he said he’ll put the car to the side for me and he can also show me other cars, which sounded great because I was desperate for a car. When I got there, another salesman just pointed to the car and said ‘the car’s open you can have look’ which is ok but the back tyres were lifted so I couldn’t really sit in it and it didn’t look as nice in real life as the photos. Also had a chip on the windscreen. Anyway moving on, I was happy to look around for something else. Peter then approached me and asked what my budget was, I said $20,000 but newer than the one I was in front of 2011 model he said ‘you won’t find anything newer for that price’ and went chatting to another customer. I continued through the car yard just in case there was something I like because I really need a car and then another salesperson approached, I’m assuming it was Stan, and he was lovely, he got the keys for us, explained bits about the car and was really genuine so I wanted to thank him for his service. I didn’t buy the car because the interior wasn’t clean the roof lining had a stain the price was a bit high but I don’t bargain with people, I just needed to go away and think and he was fine with that. I just wanted to leave a review because if someone is willing to drive 100km to look at a car, then that means they really are serious and it would be beneficial to them if someone could explain the features of the cars, benefits, genuinely help them because it is stressful buying a car. And you most definitely can buy a newer model car for $20,000, you just need to do a lot of research or find the right salesperson that will help you.

By far the worse car dealer I have ever been to. Stay clear of a man called peter he has no integrity and extremely dishonest. He also had the nerve to send rude text messages after a phone call. The Business also deleted my Facebook review. The cars are overpriced and the salesmen are horrible with no customer service. Stay clear people would not recommend !!!!!!
Rude and not very professional. My wife had called in earlier to check out and test drive a car. After driving all the way from Melbourne, we were informed that the car we were interested in was sold. They could have always called us earlier and saved us the trouble of driving all the way.
Eh, i don't get the bad reviews. I found this place to be pretty chill, and the staff were friendly. I was never pressured to buy more than i needed or something i didn't want. Ended up buying a car anyway. Keep up the good work lads.
