Rex Gorrell Nissan Service desk were terrific as usual. Fraser's attention to detail and friendly nature makes it a pleasure to have my Pathfinder serviced there every time.
Awesome service. After travelling from Sydney, I was stuck in Torquay over the Christmas holidays. As soon as they opened on Wednesday, they accepted my car in and prioritised it for repairs. Not only this, they provided me their own IPDM module I think that’s what it’s called which they use for their own testing so that I could travel back to Sydney asap and then return it to them after getting a new one fitted at Sydney dealer. Hence waiting for a new module till next Tuesday was avoided. Very polite and courteous staff who explained everything so well. One of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with Nissan service. Thanks to Frazer Nixon and his team we could get back to Sydney in time.
The teams was helpful and the cost of the service come in under the quote. They didn’t have all the parts. The site was under renovation so I was moved from room to room. Not a big issue but not ideal.
Everything from customer service to courier service is excellent. Cannot fault them. Highly recommend them to anyone. Communication is prompt and car service is reliable and good.
Zero care attitude from service and parts - Booked in 4weeks in advance for a simple tyre pressure sensor,told it was in stock we specifically talked about available parts and timings and they would put it aside and assured us it’s available,we moved our travel plans around to accomodate available date at Nissan,then turn up and drop car off,1 hr later call me and say there are no parts? and can’t get it in time! I asked to speak to the guy who reviews up and coming jobs a few days before my booking to ask why they hadn’t reviewed my job and available parts and notified me accordingly, apparently they don’t do that which is mind blowing! zero care was given with lots of shrugging shoulders! Nissan stated: apparently a tyre fitter might call in a and buy 4 ,this is where I noted they can only buy 3 as I have a booking with parts allocated surely??- blank faces all round. It’s not rocket science Rex Gorell- customer service is the back bone of your business or was - more attention to detail is required with some care
Great service and David Sich was very professional the way he explained everything in detail. It was very refreshing to talk to someone so pleasant.
Great place for the car service. Staff explain what will be done and the cost up front, courtesy drop off and pick up from work. They even washed the car for me !!
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful attending to any problem with care and efficiency
Professional helpful staff. They listen to you and are not pushed into any decision.
They didn't give me a part number, Front wiper was not in stock and they said we will not give parts number to a retail. Rex Gorell Nissan Worse service and parts ever.
