Took car in for $265 service. Received phone call advising more expensive service required $375 due to time passed since construction not kilometers driven. I advised of blue smoke issue. Was told $130 to investigate issue. $265 service turned into $500 plus service. When car was collected “complimentary wash” not done. Report states “scratch - very dirty - cannot spot scratch” Well if they washed the car they could of….. Hopeless. Spoke to manageress “very sorry not, can’t help”. Will take all of our fleet to anywhere other than Bloods Geelong. recommend others to steer clear.
Pretty disappointed with my very first service at Blood Hyundai Geelong. Part of the service is a complementary wash and vacuum, little did I know my brand new car was going through a car wash machine -.- Despite this my car was not washed or vacuumed upon pick up and when I mentioned if it had been washed I was told it may have been washed two days ago. My car was not super dirty to begin with, so to receive it with dirt marks and bird dropping is not okay. What type of service is this?
Ive received a call from parts department that my order is ready for pick up. Arrived late around 5:15PM to pick up ordered mats but the one left at parts department are not helpful. have to come back another day making sure I paid the order, when in fact you can't lodge an order via phone without paying thru credit card.
Dom and Julie went above and beyond to give my husband and I the best experience purchasing our first brand new car together. Highly recommend!
I would not recommend Blood Hyundai servicing. I moved to Geelong and continued to get my Hyundai serviced at Blood Hyundai to keep the warranty. In July last year they told me my 4 year old i30 needed a new engine for $12,000. Could provide little explanation as to why it needed this. I took my car back to Echuca Hyundai where they could not fault the engine, and to another mechanic in Geelong where they could not find one issue either. I’ve gotten my last few services at another mechanic but took my car to Blood Hyundai last week to use the capped servicing price. Blood Hyundai told me I needed 3 new tyres and 2 new ball joints. I’ve been to 2 other mechanics since and they said they can’t fault the ball joints. And 2 tyre places said there’s still plenty of life left in my current tyres. Will never go back. Just try to scam you, would rather pay a higher servicing rate than ever go back here.
Left me with a car that was completely unsafe to drive home. Took the car in with a problem, picked it up and was told it's safe to drive, the car was limping at a snail-pace and was very unsafe in rush hour traffic. When I shared this complaint with the team and manager, they firstly told me that the car was safe, and that when they tested it it was behaving normally safe. Basically denying any responsibility for the issue. Added to this the price I paid was top dollar, at which I expected top service. Would certainly NOT recommend this shop as safety, and customer experience doesn't appear to be a priority for them.
Amazing support from Hyundai Customer Care and Blood Hyundai Geelong Nicole and Christy thank you so much. My 8 year old Sante Fe had an issue that was not easily solved and all up has taken quite a few weeks , however due the support of the above mentioned it has been solved and the over and above support received was first class including Loan car, assistance re repair costs and being kept informed all the way through the process.Thank You
Salesman made us feel we were interpreting him and really uninterested will definitely NOT be buying a NEW car from him especially if I was going to pay near $44 thousand
I took the time to call and ask if they had what I wanted in stock. I wad told : "yes come in we have it". Once there they dud not had it. It sad to see how they do not care.
