I bought a mini cooper through Geelong BMW and i have to say the service was absolutely exceptional. Fergus (sales) and Troy (finance) went above and beyond to help me no matter what the issue was. Even a few months after purchasing the car, i had some trouble with its headlights and i was still met with great service and care, fixing it for me free of charge as well - which they totally didn't have to do. 

I've had experience with South Melbourne and Mornington BMW's in the past for my families cars but would definitely purchase from Geelong BMW again in a heartbeat. If i could give 100/5 i would.

A few weeks ago my E46 M3s belts went as I was just about to start on a nice Great Ocean Road drive. Living in Melbourne and not knowing anyone in the Torquay area I was at a loss for how I would get my M3 repaired and get my fuming GF home. I got the car towed to the RACV depot in Torquay and then organised to get it towed at my own cost to BMW Geelong where they said they would take care of me due to being involved with the ///M Club as well as other BMW clubs. 

At first, I was quoted over $2,000.00 to replace the pulleys, belts and hydraulic tensioner and told that they would have to drop the engine out of the car to do this work. I was quite annoyed at this and felt that they were trying to put me over a barrel. They then came back with an amended quote of $1049.78. I declined this as still felt they were trying to take advantage of the situation. They then had the car put back together for me to tow but not before driving the car a total of 900 meters in this time as well as onto and off the tow trucks without any belts and running the battery flat.

I got the car towed to my independent but BMW trained technician Kaleel Bashour at WorxAutomotive in Reservoir. Once it arrived I went to his shop to have a chat and check over the car. 

Whilst I was in the shop, Kaleel took the time to remove the same parts that BMW had advised that they had removed to gain access to the pulleys and belts in less than 10 minutes. BMW had attempted to charge me for 2 hours labour to do exactly this. 

Kaleel completed all the work required as well as upgrading the cam belt tensioner with an updated part for a total of.... wait for it..... $504.85.

I really can not thank and recommend Kaleel and WorxAutomovie enough for the amazing work they have done and continue to do to my and my families cars. I have now upgraded my RACV membership to allow for far greater towing distances so that from now on, it'll just go straight to Worx. 

If I could give 0 stars I would.
