I took in my prescription from another provider and spent ages in store picking frames, the staff were really helpful and patient. I ended up being unhappy with the frames I chose and went back to swap them - it wasn't a problem and although the staff werent overjoyed at my second visit they were courteous and helpful. I'm super happy with what I have now and ok with the price too.
