Very professional . Explains everything every step of the way. Great range of glasses and contacts. Highest level of knowledge on the coast. Also worked with my children who have ASD sensory issues. The turn around time was quite fast and didn’t break the bank.
I haven't picked up my specs yet but was so impressed by the service at the Noosa shop. I interacted with three members of staff and all three treated me attentively, politely and with respect. I am 80 years young and used to good service here in Noosa but this service was above and beyond
I saw Aydan and Chloe, and they were both lovely and super helpful! The whole team were great to deal with and made my experience nice and easy. Will definitely come back to Noosa Specsavers!
Optometricst & eye examinations were great but I was astounded & furious when an assistant broke the arm off a pair of existing & perfectly working glasses then expected me to pay for new frames & lenses to fit. Manager was not prepared to provide a new pair, only to glue the arm back on yet not even to give me a soft case to keep them in with one unbending arm! No genuine remorse, no appropriate solutions. They did give me a discount on the new pair replacing the ones they broke. Hmm, NOT impressed; won't be returning.
