Staff here are always friendly and helpful. I had Josh help me, and he was awesome with advice based on his own experience with LED headlight globes, and help test fit prior to purchasing, which I'm glad I went ahead with. Very happy with the serivice, pricing and knowledge.

My son purchased a sub woofer that went on sale the next day. I called to enquire whether they would agree to honour the sale price. Told they could not do this. I then enquired about their refund policy to which the store manager Nick states we could not bring it back for a refund. This is not the case.  Called the Maroochydore store who confirmed they can refund a product in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase.  Returned the product and went and purchased at the sale price from the Maroochydore store.

The customer service was excellent. Justin gets a special mention for assisting me with my wheel covers. Thank you.

Treated my parents very poorly when looking for a replacement battery. Cheer up a bit guys. A smile and helpful attitude goes a long way. As a result we went to Battery World - the service was exceptional compared to you amateurs.

I would have to say that the staff at this store have provided us with over and above service levels. Asked the young salesman for assistance with purchasing new wiper blades. Would have been happy to purchase on his advice. He asked if he could see the car. Once he had removed the wipers, he was able to replace just the rubbers for us refit the wipers and see us on our way. Thanks again. Will highly recommend.

I went in today and was helped by Cees. Great service. Absolutely top notch. Gave me a few options and even came out to make sure they match the car. Helps install for 5 mins as well!! Will not shop anywhere else ever for car stuff!! Ever.

With an emergency situation on my hands regarding a battery replacement on a Sunday of all days, I called up Autobarn at Noosa Civic. Upon our arrival, both Justin and Simone went above and beyond with impeccable service. Thankyou!

I recently had seat covers fitted to my car. The price was excellent and the staff, especially Tania were great to deal with. They were fitted and rang to tell me the car was ready to be picked up. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend.

I needed a Rhino Rack Back Bone kit in a hurry nowhere else seemed to have them including Rhino Rack. Chloe was so helpful reserving the product helping me out with collection from the Courier and being the most helpful person I have actually ever spoke to. Nothing was to much trouble ! Would 100% recommend
