Braydan and team were excellent. We have an arcade in town and they serviced the tower. I’m impressed with the work they have completed. They cloned the drive so not to lose data to a new ssd, perform some upgrades, serviced and clean the machine to perfection. Far less than what I was expecting to pay as well. Good value, trusted work and nice people.. Keep it up guys

Avoid at all cost! I took my iPhone 8 to be unlocked and these people told they can do this and charged me $49. Subsequently they told me they can’t unlock it but did not return my $49. At no time did they disclose the fee would be charged if they not successful and they definitively told me they could unlock it and no point mentioned there was a chance they could not and that I would still be charged.

Worst Experience Ever I had my $1200 very water resistant phone repaired just before going overseas and asked many times if my phone would still be water resistant after they repaired it and the technician guaranteed me my phone would be as good as when it left the factory, Not even close, my phone was splashed with water normally wouldn't of been a problemand shut down while overseas and I lost everything, I returned to the store upon returning to Australia and was told they will not cover water damage. Poor repairs and false guarantees

No correct indication of trading hours, on the website or google directory. Used the phone to check trading hours, automated message provided false information regarding today's visit, only to find the store closed on boxing day, upon arrival. Very poor utilisation of online resources, in particular the website.

Went out of their way to find a matching set of 4 small HDD mounting screws. Then didn't charge me! Cheers guys, great cx

Not the first time I've come across really good service here, but I'm particularly grateful for the help I received today. Above & beyond. Prices always competitive, too.

Terrible experience recently with getting my screen repaired, they said temper glass is the best screen $170 and this new $150 case will definitely work to not shatter the screen, one week later the corners are of the new tough glass has chipped and the case already starting to rub the plastic off and they said that it was unrefundable because of it, now having to go to a proper IT store where they care about customers , never returning there again.
