Absolutly horrible management. Utter and complete joke. Terrible terrible store. Other Optus stores are not like this. The people online tell you to go in to the store for something and the staff have no idea how to do anything. If no stars was possible ......

In store for half hour and didn't get served. While I was there 8 customers walked out. Recommend the maroochydore store, much busier shop but have the staff to meet the demand.

I had a very upsetting experience here. I came in to get my glass replaced on my iPhone, it had an air bubble which I was told when brought that an airbubble would be covered in replacement. I was served by what it looked like the manager- a blonde haired lady. Was told I had to do it online yet went into another local store and got a replacement immediately. Staff here are not wanting to help. Do not go here.

Absolutely avoid this store like the plague. Went in with a friend that had a brand new phone that was faulty from out the box, treated us like we were criminals and denied any responsibility. The lady I spoke to had no idea what she was selling or doing. Disappointing to experience, went to another Optus store and they sorted it out straight away. 110% stay away and use a different Optus store.
