I was very impressed and satisfied by the customer service at this Noosa store. I went for repair my Dyson vacuum, which was easily repaired by the store lad Ranjan. He also gave me tips and tricks how to maintain this machine. I had this kind of gentle customer service after very long time. very satisfied and would further recommend my colleagues for this store.
Second time at Godfrey’s Noosaville had a great experience both times. Manoj assisted me picking a great vacuum when I didn’t know a great deal about what I was looking for. It’s and excellent machine and it has not miss a beat. Customer service is always top notch. Ranjan helped me the second time to pick a wet and dry vacuum he was super friendly and helpful finding us the right accessory’s and bags. Both are very knowledgeable and that is another reason I will surely be back to Godfrey’s Noosaville.
Noosa Godfrey’s gave us excellent service. Ranjan the manager is so accommodating and informative and friendly. We know we can go back anytime if we have trouble. My hubby got me a great new tineco stick vacuum for Xmas and so good to have it all displayed in front of us about how to use it all the attachments Great stuff!!!
Excellent experience with the team at Godfreys Noosaville. We had Ranjan help us out and another one of the team - I’m sorry I can’t recall his name! and I can’t speak highly enough of them both. I went in ‘knowing’ what I wanted and left having had my mind changed and purchased what I’m pretty sure is a better product but without the extra price tag. The team were super friendly, courteous, took the time to find out what I wanted and to demonstrate the robot vac and address all of my concerns. They know their stuff and they’re not about to ‘rip you off’. I’ve now used it a couple times and it’s living up to the promises. I really appreciated the help and service, thanks Ranjan!

Had a fantastic experience at Godfrey’s noosa . Ranjan was great with all his information made my choice easy as it can be quite overwhelming. Lovely men in store that where really great to deal with . Will definitely be back and will recommend for sure . Best vacuum too !!!!

We took our vacuum to Godfrey’s Noosaville for repair. Ranjan quickly identified a problem with the vacuum filter system and fixed the problem for us. Great service !
