Absolutely so happy at healthy life noosa found all staff helpful with my needs also the other customers were very happy listening to our conversation about gut and swelling in my feet due to food. Rebecca is so knowledgeable putting me on the best magnesium ever , paleo mix for my breakfast. I go in probably twice a week just to say hi and see what's new coconut water bulk buy great deal . Have never found anyone unhelpful always Smiling and friendly. Educating me in what is good for my dietary needs . Please keep up the good work Healthy life healthy mind
I just went into this shop to grab some dog friendly chocolate to mix in with the treats I make my dog yes it's a thing and it's 100% safe for them to have certain chocolate, my dog is my world and I'll never feed her anything that will harm her and the customer service I received was disgusting. I got told by the lady who worked there her personal opinion on my choice to buy this for my dog and it was out of line and rude the things she said. Lost a customer and I'll never go back after the appalling behaviour.
The man was lovely, Rebecca on the other hand was rude and univiting. She was too busy talking to her colleague to offer any assistance then when it came time to payment was again rude and did not ask if we had a members card. I would recommend the store, just not Rebecca “the herbalist”.
This us "my local", have been going for a few yrs. Recently got some recommendations from Rebecca re herbal treatments and also vitamins for myself and my teenge son. What an improvement! Cant believehow well it worked ,thanks again. Helped us out big time at our house
