Noosa Prestige

Took our vehicle to them with an idle issue, was told we needed a new diff and they fixed the idle issue. Got a new diff and the idle issue was not fixed at all. Took it to another mechanic who notice there was a dodgy earth and an o2 sensor needed replacing, dont know how they missed the dodgy earth as the are auto electricians....apparently....just sent us on a wild goose chase spending money we didnt have to. Although the customer service we received was very good they didnt fix the issues we had.

Excellent service at Noosa Prestige, the team here are great and do both auto electrics and mechanical repairs. Very large shop with a 4x4 shop upstairs. In terms of places to take your car in Noosa for an all-round service at a reasonable price I would highly recommend. Haven't had a bad experience here.

Got to speak to the owner who was incredibly obliging with regards to my misunderstandings from the previous other mechanical workshop (which had not diagnosed the vehicles problems and had not communicated that very clearly). Michael answered all my questions and was very gracious despite my initial sceptical approach. It's always refreshing when someone puts honesty at the top of their business principles and takes time to explain in detail. Thank you Prestige.

5 star service here, I cant recommend more highly. Friendly team, reasonable prices and always someone willing to answer your questions. As far as local businesses go in Noosa, this is the place to go for all your car needs.
