We honestly could not be more thankful! Heading to the Sunny Coast our brakes started leaking and could have possibly caused an accident. Dallas was nothing short of amazing, when everyone else was too busy to help out in an emergency, Dallas could not have helped enough and they were very affordable. Thankyou so much, great job !!
Went in and got a quote for a wheel alignment check and rod bush maintenance, we were happy with the price and felt like we were being looked after. Dropped the car off the next morning and was told it would take an hour max. 2 and half hours later of waiting and listening to the owner speak and treat customers in person and on the phone quite rudely, we got our bill which was now nearly $100 more. When we asked about the fee increase, he proceeded to say that the wheel alignment wasn’t covered which we were assured was the day before under maxxis max coverage We found the owner to be very rude and manipulative towards us and others. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
Think twice before doing business here. The BS I experienced at Tyrepower Noosa can only be explained by complete incompetence or by dodgy people attempting to rip me off. I Highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.
Really unfriendly and couldn't tell me how long my job takes! Waited for 2 hours without any updates on the job. Try and get your tyres done somewhere else!
Very helpful and friendly staff. We had an unrelated problem with our car while waiting for our tyre repair. They went above and beyond to help us with this and I’m very grateful. Also the shop has a nice seating area, customer toilet and water cooler.
I wouldn't go anywhere else! I've been buying my tyres from tyrepower noosaville for years and I've had not one issue at all! I've just put a set of "Toyo Open Country" on my 4WD and I'm extremely happy with them!
