The service department are very helpful and very professional. The service manager, Bruce, does a great job of answering questions, investigating things and getting back to you.

Very professional and honest dealings in the service department, thanks to Bruce Natalier the Service Manager - had a long-overdue service and condition report done on a family-owned AU2 ute I had recently inherited - I got an honest appraisal and report, with advice on what was good value and what was not really necessary on a 'second-car acreage runabout vehicle'. I felt that Bruce's advice was sound and trustworthy - I've had a lot of the recommended work now completed by the team there and I have been very satisfied with the value-for-money and the results. A few of the other 'brand' service departments in Noosaville could learn a lesson or two from the team at Pacific Ford about customer service.

Don't go near the service department if you have an FPV, or really any vehicle that you value regarding its duco. After having the vehicle serviced, I discovered a 20cm scratch, and others, prior to leaving. I immediately went back in to report it directly to the service manager who appeared to become upset and inconvenienced by my reporting the damage. After rubbing the damage with some kind of polish which proved the scratch was more than superficial, I was met by abuse. To this day the damage remains unresolved. To add insult to injury the vehicle steering wheel FPV badge has been permanently marked by some kind of chemical and requires replacement. An absolutely disgraceful event in the first place was met by abuse and ignorance by this dealer management and I would recommend anyone to seriously reconsider using this dealership in any capacity.
