Nick has been brilliant! He helped me find the perfect car and was helpful in every step of the way. Made the whole process very easy and if I had any questions, he would get back to me straight away. Thank you for finding me my new car!
My car had a perished water hose and I Google the Ford garage, gave them a call and under an hour later everything had been sorted and new hoses replaced and I was driving away again. I can say they were the nicest people, all very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them and say the people on the island are very lucky to have this firm there.
Nick was very easy to work with and listened to our needs. We never felt any pressure to buy anything and any questions we had Nick was great to get back to us straight away. Leaving very happy having bought a new Kia. Thanks Nick!

Just got this hire car, very pleased with it.
We called in just to ask about a new car as was not happy with another company we had purchased a car from 18 months ago and the service was appalling at this place. Came in to Ocean Motor Village and met with Nick Moorhouse who from day one had the best customer service we have experienced in the Isle of Man for a long time. Genuine, honest service and very transparent. Bought a Ford Focus ST line with no issues and had the best sales experience from start to finish. Cannot recommend OMV any more than I have. Great experience and Nick is fantastic and a credit to their team. Thank you for your great assistance.
Once again Nick Moorhouse of Ocean Ford has delivered outstanding customer service. I first purchased a car from Nick around Summer 2011. I was very nervous about the process, however Nick talked me through it all and did all the admin work for me. 8 years later, I am back in Ocean Ford buying a new car from Nick. Once again he has guided me through the whole process, sorted out all the paperwork, the financing, and my car insurance. All I needed to do was turn up to the showroom and hand over my driving licence, bank details, and my signature, and Nick did the rest. Nick is a great asset to the Ocean Ford family and I thoroughly recommend you considering buying your next car from Ocean Ford.
Cant sing Steve's praises high enough. From the word go he has been helpful, knowledgable and unlike other local garages he listened to what we needed and wanted without trying to convince us to get something we wouldn't be able to use in the years to come. Love my new Kia Stonic, thank you! :
