5 stars to kyle as he certainly a grt salemen. Pleasant and very easy to deal with. No pressure and listen to my needs. Service appalling, blonde hair middle age lady just rude. Had to take vehicle back 3 times for lack of attention to detail from service department.  Never go back for a service. After 5yrs you have lost a customer

Amazing experience since the first minute when booking the service through phone, then drop off, shuttle lifts, pick up.  Car well serviced, delivered on time, friendly staff always open to questions, surely I'll be returning to do the next services there.

Very happy with the service given at Cricks. Kyle, the salesman, was great. Very attentive and thorough. I thought that the changeover price was a fair one with no hassles. I would certainly recommend Cricks for a new vehicle.

Our purchase experience was a very good one which has made our service experience even more disappointing. Grubby curtesy car, work taking longer than agreed timeframes, unreturned calls and constant chasing up. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Do not do business with these clowns. Both times I’ve been there they’ve been grumpy old rude men. No customer service skills what so ever. Oh and don’t try and book an appointment online cause apparently it does virtually nothing.

Sales staff very informative, helpful and friendly. No pressure- made the whole process very easy! Had the car ready with extras within 1 wk so we could drive it back to mt isa. Kept us up to date with progress without being intrusive. Wonderful service and we’re really happy with our new car!!

This was the very best car purchase experience I have had and I have purchased a lot of cars. Everything at the dealership was professionally handled and our sales representative, Kyle Mills was simply outstanding!!

Kyle is a very patient, honest, helpful, supportive car salesman. He took me on test drive, showed me how most of the tech stuff worked, never any pressure to buy. I need a follow up now on some finer points and Kyle has offered his time again to show off my Subaru Forester. I can thoroughly recommend Kyle Mills at Noosa Cricks Subaru and also my new Subaru Forester.

I am very impressed with the level of service from all the team I have encountered to date at Cricks Noosa. From my initial enquiry, the test drive, when I purchased the same day! and vehicle servicing thus far and follow up calls and emails. I love my new XV.  I am so pleasantly surprised at the quality of vehicle the Subaru is, compared to it's affordable price. One very happy customer :
