Highly recommend! The shop staff have great product knowledge and provide me with all the assistance I need, and the service team back them up by making sure my pool looks and performs great each and every time they visit. My pool is in good hands.
Do yourself a favour and go to Poolside or any other pool shop in the area. The staff are rude and they are never helpful and are seriously overpriced. They also sell faulty products and then when you query them they make it difficult and don’t get the issue sorted.
One bad apple spoils the bunch. Billing is all over the shop with this company. Always late and sporadic and an urgent request to pay bills in 7 days is sent as a second email as though you as the customer has done something wrong. It took three attempts to speak with the lady who is in charge of billing’s and she was super irritating and she has had no training on how to speak with a customer at all. Could not accept customers criticism about improving the billing process. The sales and maintenance staff are good and no complaints there. Unfortunate for the organisation but billing and invoicing customers need to be improved dramatically.
We purchased a Prowler 920 pool cleaning robot almost 3 years ago for $1,600. The warranty is only 2 years on these. We had a problem with it while it was still under 2 years old which was a surprise given the cost of these units . Now the Prowler has stripped gears after just 2 years 8 months . Of course Pool World Noosa and the manufacturer have both wiped their hands of any care factor and we are left with a quote of nearly $1,000 to get it repaired down in the GC , sad state of affairs for a company still selling these units like hot potatoes. Since I stopped getting my pool water quality test done at this business I have literally saved thousands of dollars, they up sell everytime and it's just not on .
Been using these guys for a year and the boys who come out to clean the pool have been great. Not sure what’s happened in the last month but service and cleaning has gone down the plug hole. Sacked them and had a new guy within an hour. If you aren’t happy, don’t put up with them.

These guys are the best. Knowledgeable and super helpful. Our pool has been flooded several times with runoff from massive rains and the advice given at this shop has helped us quickly return our pool to a healthy, swimmable condition. They offer free testing and don't oversell product. High marks.
I have been using pool world for the past year and a half, ever since the pool was brand new. These guys are fantastic, really know their stuff, are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended !!
