Took a faulty product back for return. Told me I had to use the same credit card I used for the original purchase. I told them that card had been scammed and cancelled. They told me they couldn’t process the refund!!! In the end they issued a “store credit”. I just wanted my money back!! What a wrought! Now I have to spend the money in store, so they aren’t actually giving me my money back!! Wonder what the ACCC thinks of this shonky practice! Stay tuned!!

Wanted to buy a pressure cleaner. This store was out of stock but there is one in Gympie. We are retired senior people. The sales person flippantly suggested that if we wanted it to drive to Gympie. And perhaps hire a Lamborghini if we wanted to get there faster.nHis attitude was appalling
Be warned this is not a big store, so stock and range is limited.nSome staff are too lazy to help and shouldn’t be there. Find the right assistant and they are only to willing to help, remember who they are for next time.nnOnline this store is the pits. Why can’t this store match other store on the coast?nAll other store on line shopping tell you if item is available, which row and which bay.nNoosaville store couldn’t be bothered.nnQuality of products are getting cheaper and cheaper.nToilet plungers are now so cheap they deserve to be flushed down the toilet.nDish drying racks bend out of shape just lifting them off the shelf.
