Bunnings Noosaville

Wow! The service here is a joke! My partner and I stood and waited for over 30 minutes at the storage isle waiting for a staff member to assist with getting some tubs that were too high. Every staff member would just smile as they walked past while WE ASKED FOR HELP. But they kept walking away :/ This is not the first time. The peoppe at the counters are worse. Trying to force you to use self serve.. i hate them. They have taken jobs away. Very poor service... I only hope it gets better in time.

Some shop assistants smile but most don't; that is if you can find one. Quality of much of the stock is less than top shelf. Help with a heavy lift in the garden section is near impossible these days. Overall standard has fallen in recent times.... Ivan R

Shocking Service, have waited more than 45 minutes on numerous occasions to organise trailer hire. Just tried phoning up to pre book one and have been on hold for over 45minutes, this place is a joke. The service in Noosa and in my experience at other Bunnings stores is great so it is disappointing that this particular store cant get it together.

We have lived in several states and numerous cities around the Australia, and this is hands down the worst Bunnings in the country! The custom service is non-existent, staff range from disinterested to outright rude. Using the online ordering services (for Powerpass card holders) is a waste of time as they just completely ignore every order. We try to avoid using them at all if we can.

I stopped at the Bunnings man as we went into the shop and ask if my 9 year old son could take a couple of boxes for a project he is working on. He didn't even response just nodded his head and couldn't even smile. We went over and was picking a couple of boxes when a Bunnings girl came over and gave us a lecture that we couldn't take boxes it was for customers. I explain it was just a couple of boxes for my son's project. Bunnings need to teach customer service I spend thousands every year at Bunnings. I'm writing this as I have never complained about the numerous times they have stuffed up our building deliveries.But upsetting my 9 year old son I feel I have to put it in writing. The whole staff culture of Bunnings needs to be addressed.
