I often go to this store and want to thank Rodney who is normally in the computer section. This gentleman firstly is extremely knowledgeable which has been very helpful for me in identifying the products that would be suitable for me and he's customer service is outstanding, very professional.
Second time receiving poor customer service from Josh, rude and arrogant. Knows less than what he makes out. Poor product acknowledge.
Very nice young man named Bernard served me and needed a hand with something , he asked Tina a question and she snapped back at him and then spoke to me with the same tone. This lady obviously doesn’t like her job and has no need to be speaking to anyone like that. She pointed down the store to an isle I had already checked and when I told her I had already checked and was seeing if they had some out the back - she told me to go stand at the door because there was a line of people waiting. I really feel sorry for anyone who has to work here on a daily basis. Why are people so rude for literally no reason!?
Appalling service. Rude and did not want to help. Was made to feel that helping customers was the last on their list. If you don't have customers, you don't have a job!
