Had such a good experience with customer service today with a worker, in getting assistance with some prints. Lani was so patient and helpful and got me on my way quicker than I would have.

Helpful staff, great selection and if something is not in its quick to order in or let us know what other stores have stock. The Ice cold air con makes me want to visit when I don't have to buy anything lol

Nice people when in the shop. Try to talk to someone on the phone and all you get is a robot voice telling you to go to their website. Too bad if the website doesn't have the answer.nThat's what they think of their customers.. who are their livelihood !!!

I have been an Officeworks customer for several years, including the purchase of 2 computers from memory!.nRecently I dropped in to purchase a picture frame. When I got home I discovered that my certificate to be framed did not quite match the frame itself. I took it back and asked the assistant if there was a guillotine instore to trim my certificate to make it fit.n5 minutes later, I departed with my certificate perfectly fitting the said frame. I said to the assistant that I would be writing a letter to someone extolling the SERVICE I have and still receive this disappearing characteristic from modern day retailing. Normally I wouldn’t write a negative review and rather just get on with my day but this is the second time I’ve had a problem with the same staff member “Tina”. On both occasions she has been rude, unhelpful and rather condescending when trying to get assistance with printing. Not only has she been rude to me but also the elderly lady in front of me who left without her printing visibly upset and her colleagues…it seems other people in these reviewers have had the same experience with the same person. I took my money and and business to Noosa Print around the corner who offered exceptional service and went above and beyond to get my wedding invites printed perfectly. Will never go back to Officeworks for printing purely for the risk of dealing with Tina.
