I would highly recommend this company. The young men and woman who helped me out were fantastic. Nothing was a problem and they helped me sort out the issues i had with transferring and old to new I phone. I cant speak highly enough of there service. More than friendly and accommodating. Thanks again.

I've had a couple of great experiences in this shop. Most recently took my iMac for a service as it was running slow. Instead of taking my money, Bailey showed me ways to make it run faster. He suggested trying them before paying for a service. A breath of fresh air in a money grabbing world. Thank you.

The real shame is that you can’t do zero stars and highlight how useless they are. Don’t bother buying anything through these children as they will sell it before you get there. Even though you phone through and ask for an item to be put aside as you’ll be there in 40Minutes.

My Macbook Air wouldn't turn on so I went to iLove Computers to get it fixed. Their customer service was amazing, Lauren helped me and I cannot thank her enough! She was so helpful and knowledgable, she had my laptop fixed within 5 days, which weeks faster than another place said they could do it, and didn't charge me a cent! I almost can't wait until my laptop breaks again so I can visit you and your amazing team. Thank you Lauren!

Just like to say a big thank you to the young woman for fixing my iPhone problem. I was in and out in five minutes. Very grateful.

Great customer service...everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and awesome. I loved the way everyone took genuine attention to explain things and teach me about my device. Extra special shout out to Lauren, however! Hands down, the best computer/iPhone related service I have encountered. Fair pricing.

Ask them to do 1 more little test on my AirPods Pro after they couldn’t reproduce a clear problem that I reproduced instantly. They wanted me to book them in be without them and charge me $50 if they again couldn’t find it. Under warranty too. Infuriating. Don’t waste your time.

I was sooo impressed with these guys!! Fantastic customer service!! My initial  enquiry was handled in a positive, professional and friendly manner, and the service in the store was the same. Whilst waiting for my iPhone to be restored I saw the way the staff interacted with a number of customers and they treated everyone the same way. Nothing was too much trouble! Keep up the great work guys. I will definitely use your services again and will recommend you to everyone
