Bought two couches for our holiday unit for $900 inc delivery - 6 weeks later they ripped substantially at the seams. We sewed up by hand, they ripped again. Contacted politely when I finally had time over Christmas and the unit was empty for a short period. Told they cannot do anything about it with no offer of any assistance, suggestions on how we can fix or if they knew of anyone or had any in-house furniture repairers. Unfortunately the email replies are often flooded with too much irrelevant words that infer it is the customer's fault immediately eg. store suggesting despite only 2 sets of guests staying at the unit for a few days each, they could have somehow caused this issue. Reading the replies to the reviews on here there seems to be a theme emerging. Next time we will wait until the sales are on at Freedom and pay just a slight bit more for two brand new couches and get them delivered from further down the coast or Brisbane.

I cannot believe they have a policy of not assisting anyone to their car with an item. I had no option but to purchase an item from them but will never again, Most appalling service in Noosa. Your excuses of not assisting are laughable. I was the only person in the store and had to bring my attention to the store attendant
