I wish I had read more reviews for this company before commissioning a design. Not only was the design lacking very key elements (it was primarily for a pool yard/ the design came back without a fence incorporated), it was provided late. After the 'design' had to chase up a costings. John was lovely on our preliminary site visit but for the 'landscape architect' to do the design without site photos or visit is pathetic at $1200. The only reason I haven't taken to consumer affairs is lack of motivation and time. Beware.

Around 30%  planting was either planted in the wrong place or poor quality.  Poor project management.  No-one seemed to be in control and often had to chase the managers for updates. Overall, felt like I could have done a better job myself and there was no value add.
