Tried to have a fun night using a gift card. Managers upgraded us to large room because they couldn't be bothered to book us properly for the room we wanted - then tried to charge us extra for the larger room. THEN tried to charge us extra for using a gift card.

I Was given a gift card and then messed around for two days about my booking, and ended up getting upgraded to a bigger room, upon arrival I was asked to pay for the upgrade, after I explained to them it was a free upgrade they expected me to pay a $50 surcharge because it was 'busy' on a Saturday. It was completely empty apart for one party. Also I was told nothing on the phone about a surcharge and it being a gift I didn't question the details. We walked out and won't be returning

Good choice of music for karaoke. Drinks and food are alright but a little expensive.

Karaoke rooms. Has a large range of songs, including songs in Chinese Mandarin and Chinese Cantonese. Licensed. Has separate rooms of different sizes

Good and fun place that is open pretty late. The rooms can get really hot though.
