It is a great shop for good groceries and I really appreciate the organic and sustainable part. They can accommodate for any dietary requirements, but the dine in food could be better. Iced coffee shake was terrible, flat bread didn't have much taste, quesadilla was full of goodness and it would be better off in a salad. But then we had muffins, smoothies and lattes and they were all very tasty.

Awesome. Lovely falafel wrap. Good selection of products for a small shop. Great philosophy with the sustainability and organics. Will be making this a regular stop while I'm in town
