Friendly and efficient staff. Easy check in and check out. Price is competitive but you have to take their shuttles to get to the rental office. Car condition was not ideal. Anyway it’s acceptable considering how much you have paid.

Walking past empty counters of the big brands at the airport to a full shuttle to drive 5 min and stand 10 min in a queue at the office. The car was modern a 2022 rav4 2wd 2l CVT. In good condition but the budget version with remote unlocking rather than keyless.nWas an excellent service except for all the other people using the service I had to wait for!nAirport car pickup is certainly better but not worth the extra cost at Queenstown.

I was just charged $50 for snap rentals to send me a parking fine as an administration  fee. As far as I can work out that's a 10-15 minute task tops . I understand charging some admin time but $50 is ridiculous. Yes yes I know it's part of the agreement I signed. And on that note be careful in Queenstown the council use CTV as a way to issue packing tickets. I shouldn't have been packed in the bus stop while my husband ran into get a coffee and I'm okay with paying fine but seriously $50 processing fee

Really easy company to deal with, the shuttle service is excellent, wish they could do part day bookings as we had 3 hours between drop off and check in and we would have to pay another days fee + insurance just for the 3 hours.nnWe ordered a Toyota Yaris, next time we’d definitely order a pricier car. Will use them again for future trips!nnWe went with 0 excess insurance to avoid the bond.

Our rental with Snap was so easy. We did the online check-in before arriving in Queenstown to save time.nnWe didn’t have to wait long for the airport shuttle, we had a very friendly and courteous driver from Uruguay, and their premises were not far from the airport.nnCollecting the car was really quick. We booked a mid size car and got a Kia Rio. I would probably have called this a compact car as it was quite small, but thankfully we were able to fit all our luggage and it was sufficient for our trip.nnReturning the car was again very easy, staff were really friendly and we didn’t wait long for the shuttle to the airport.nnI’d definitely use them again.
