Snap Car Wash

I have been to this car wash multiple times over the past few years and been underwhelmed. My most recent experience: - I was text messaged that my car clean inside and out had been completed. When I arrived the car clean was not finished and I waited nearby until it was. - A poor interior cleaning job was done see picture attached. The middle console of the car was not cleaned at all by the looks of things. The stains pictured were not difficult to remove - I did it myself at home. I won't be coming back here again. Whilst convenient being in Erina Fair, in my experience I have had a more professional and thorough job done elsewhere on the Central Coast. ______________________________ This is an edit to the post above. Worst experience and customer service! Took my car there to be washed and paintwork damaged. Took it back after noticing the damage and spoke with the manager who denied any responsibility for the damage. No offer of how to fix it. He simply said he would inform his boss and that was it, not even an apology. Avoid this place like the plague. Will be taking this matter further.

I had the Snap Interior Detail service and was very impressed with the overall result. The staff at Snap Car Wash Erina were professional and friendly. These guys did a amazing job on the car looks and smells brand new again. I also lost a key first day I had the car and they found it for me. There was a $50 note on my front seat which most of fell out of my pocket and they returned it. Very trustworthy and professionally run business! I will return again.Services: Vacuuming

Absolutely terrible! This place used to be good, I even used to recommend them to friends, certainly not anymore! Paid extra for the detailed wash, vacuum and windows. Specifically asked for door trims to be done. When I picked the car up there was a trim piece from the rear view mirror sitting on the seat and as you can see by the photos I'm sure a 12yo would have done a better job! Raised the matter with the guy who looked to be in charge he said that the trim piece was already on the floor it certainly wasn't! And that he couldn't see anything wrong with the job that was done #shouldhavegonetospecsavers

A simple wash and interior vacuum for a single cab ute and canopy. Seemed ok until I looked under roof rails and on top of canopy. Missed everything... Still dirty with no attempt to even clean there. When I went to pay I said they had missed these Bits. No care at all and just wanted to argue. No discount and no apology. Will never go here again and definitely do not recommend them for there arrogant attitudes..
