Just horrid.  $80.. the cup holders were not even touched, they folded up the backseat centre console and there were still crumbs and dust. We even undid the seatbelts and loosen the straps to car seats to make it easier to vacuum around them, waste of time... tried to call a couple of times and was told to leave a message and they would call back... clearly that didn't happen.Service:&nbsp;Vacuuming

Tried to charge $80 for a wash and vacuum for a Toyota Prado. Advertised price on the board was $59, when I pointed out the difference he shrugged and said old prices? Ok bud I’ll take my business elsewhere; they didn’t seem to care whether I stayed or left, so I left and now reading reviews it would seem I saved myself an $80 disappointment.

If your respect your car and your money don't go here. My $59 SUV "car wash" did not actually clean the car. Visible dirt spots I took off with my finger, wet mirrors, dirty water marks, untouched and still dirty windscreen, and new scratches that were made during the wash but of course i was argued with that they "were there before". Cafe wasn't even open for a coffee, and the wheel shine was patchy I had to do it again at home. Disgusting robbery and utter disappointment

Would not recommend anyone to go that car wash. First of all the operating hours needs to be updated, it states opens at 730am but no one got there til 9am.  Then there’s a lengthy queue in the vacuum bay and my car stayed in the same spot for more than 30 mins and for a well sized car wash they only had 2 staff on, and no one bothered to let customers know that they were under staffed and the delay that will be occurred, on top of that the guy had started washing the car that got there after my.  Poorly operated business and zero customer service.  Would give 0 star for this ‘Star lounge’.

Waste of money, spend nearly $100 for the wash and Polish, didn’t clean the car properly, don’t go there guys! They told me try the best to clean a stain, and it can’t go off, after I went back home I just used tissue and water and it come off! Never go back!

Just horrible....took my Audi there yesterday  3/4/22 ..$49.00 and the car maybe got half done, outside looked great ...inside the car was HALF vacuumed, dash not wiped, windscreen filthy inside and out........what a waste of money ! stay away people, stay away !

I have been regular customer for 4 years in the area. I used to pay $40 for star wash on my SUV. Today the manager was saying my car is too dirty and needs to charge $65 instead. I took a look, it’s not like I been to any dirt place or anything. It’s usual level of condition that requires washing. If it is clean why would customer send car in to wash!? It pisses me off and decided I would never return to this place for car washing. You should thank yourself for losing 1 regular customer. That’s the cost of trying to earn a quick buck.

Pretty good for a factory car wash.  The coffees good  and the service quick. Lots of seating too and toys for the kids if in need.

$60 wash inside and out - ended up costing me $400 after these guys put a long scratch in the leather of my steering wheel of my less than 12 month old car and it needed to be re-skinned!!! One of them must have been wearing a watch or a ring - really smart when you wash cars for a living... They promised that somebody would call me but this never happened. This place used to be good, but now they do a really sloppy job. BUYER BEWARE!

Overpriced car wash, charged $65 for a wash when others charge $50. IF you are charging premium price, make sure you wash the car properly as well. Car wasn't washed properly. It was dirty. Removed belts from kid's car seats, didn't put them back after the wash. Staff members have attitude problems. Very rude and arrogant. Stay away from this horrible car wash place. Never again!
