Terrible management at Ampol Cherrybrook. The manager, Hir Desai, is extremely rude and unprofessional to both staff and customers. She speaks in a condescending and dictating manner, creating a toxic and uncomfortable environment. Definitely not a place I’d recommend, whether you’re looking for a job or just stopping by as a customer.
Hir Desai, the manager. She is so unfair towards the staff. She is new to the store and acts like a dictator. Recently, she misbehaved with staff out of personal grudges. She’s is highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
I agree with a couple of the reviews, customer service is shocking, two very rude people at the counter! Secondly the fuel is ridiculously over priced, most if your customers are local, we are getting ripped off!
I found some of the staff here is under trained and very rude.nI already paid with ampol mobi app, but the staff thougt I didn't pay and came out to check my phone.nAfter I showed him, he left without saying sorry.nnThey should be trained well eough to know we can pay with mobil app.
The service has gone downhills. I fill up the car often at this station for the last ten years the relatively new middle age asian guy with beard there was always very rude, looked very unhappy behind the counter. An incident on 5th July he was yelling at the old gentleman while serving him because he was slow in showing the Ampol discount QR code. I believe most of the customers are from the neighbourhood, there is no need to be rude to these frequent customers. I suggest this guy should look for other job that he would feel happier.
