I found some of the staff here is under trained and very rude.nI already paid with ampol mobi app, but the staff thougt I didn't pay and came out to check my phone.nAfter I showed him, he left without saying sorry.nnThey should be trained well eough to know we can pay with mobil app.
The service has gone downhills. I fill up the car often at this station for the last ten years the relatively new middle age asian guy with beard there was always very rude, looked very unhappy behind the counter. An incident on 5th July he was yelling at the old gentleman while serving him because he was slow in showing the Ampol discount QR code. I believe most of the customers are from the neighbourhood, there is no need to be rude to these frequent customers. I suggest this guy should look for other job that he would feel happier.
The car service shop is good - always seems busy.nnFor fuel shop around as this store is usually expensive as there's little competition in the immediate vicinity. Up at Thornleigh there's a independent station that's typically 15-20 cents cheaper
Staff refuse to accept Woolworths wish gift cards, despite wish cards specifically saying in terms they can be used at ampol. I don’t know if it’s a training issue or a systems issue. Staff seemed completely unaware that ampol is supposed to accept the cards.
The air pump has been out of order for at least a month. The staff didn’t seem to know when it would be repaired, suggesting it could be out of order for a good deal longer.nEdit: It’s fixed now after a couple of months. n2 extra stars added
