Great service, friendly and honest mechanics. I have had my car serviced by many places, and despite the inconvenience in getting there from where I live now, I still use and recommend Billy's automotive to anyone who needs an experienced mechanic, as they give honest feedback on what parts need to be changed, rather than changing them just for change's sake. Their prices are higher for some items, but I have been impressed with the level of care I have received compared to other places in particular other Volkswagen dealerships.

My mother took her car into this place for servicing. The bill came in quite pricey which is fine (4 digits big), it appeared to need some work and had items all on the bill. My problem came as I went to actually look at her car. The sticker in the corner of the windeow requested the car be brought back in 6000kms (half the recommended by Subaru on the logbook) for its next service and even requested a service on the automatic transmission 50,000kms (which of course is a pricey service) before Subaru mentioned the first service which I taking advantage of the trusting nature of most people. When I looked under the bonnet I was pretty annoyed at the shoddy job done for the price. Several of the plastic clips and even a screw were missing in the engine bay which I feel is a very shoddy job given the price we had been charged. Another issue we had 2 weeks after is the battery had apparently not been looked at or refilled with water and went dead, another issue I feel should of been looked at and left her stranded in her driveway. In summary I feel that the service provided was well below par, the work done was substandard (we didnt even get all the bits of the car back) and asking the cars be taken back at half the recommended service intervals is really ripping off people.
