Couldn’t be more satisfied/happy with the services provided by Collision Repair Centre. The best price I received in the Hills, best customer service, very professional team and the repair job is absolutely impeccable. It looks better than it did when it was brand new! Aaron went over and beyond, providing me with a hire car for the week, touching up other buffs and scratches on my car and throwing in an extra part for free. My car was ready earlier than planned and had been washed and tyres shined as well. Makes the financial burden of my repairs so worth it when receiving such incredible service. Couldn’t recommend the team enough. I will ensure all of my friends and family use them for their car repairs. Thank you guys!! Very happy customer 😊

I had to get the tow bar cover of my car spray painted and had called a few people around Castle Hill who wanted to charge me over $80 just for that small piece. I called up Collision Repair Centre and spoke to a friendly lady by the name of Leanne who said she’ll get a quote for me then call me back, she called back saying that because it’s just that small piece the guys at the shop said they’ll do it for free. It’s not about the fact that they didn’t want to charge me for the job, it just shows how honest and dedicated they are at what they do. Customers like myself who may not now anything about cars can get easily ripped off and not have the job done right but at Collision Repair Centre Castle Hill they didn’t take advantage of the fact that I didn’t know much about cars, and in fact helped me understand the process of the job. The guys are definitely trustworthy and I would recommend them to my family and friends. If you need the job done right I would recommend you to call them and ask for their services, they won’t let you down.
