Ross at AAA Mechanical services my car at a high level, nothing is too big of a job. Very reasonable prices and everything is explained thoroughly so it is easily understood what is required. I could not recommend Ross enough!!!

They make my car much worse than before. It was not bad until they do service. The first time I got my car back, it couldn't leave their shop... Then I put it back and wait another 3 days, I could smell very strong petrol around my car, they said it would be gone in a few days only. Until now, I was too busy to take it back, but the petrol smell is still very very strong even 9 months pass, it was actually no any smell before the service!!!

First time visit for a blue slip. Customer service could definitely be improved. It's the one thing that costs them nothing and is really easy to offer. When I arrived, the one mechanic that was there didn't even bother to look at me and just told me to grab a seat and that "he would be there soon". Once "he" arrived, there was no greeting but rather he had a go at me for not being able to find the engine number on my scooter. Though "he" has probably handled hundreds of bikes he didn't offer to help find it or offer any suggestions of where I could possibly locate it but said that he wouldn't do the blue slip if I couldn't find it. I told him I could Google it and he just walked away. He got better and a lil friendlier towards the end but a good first interaction/impression is priceless.

Failed my car due to a clunking sound from the diff when engaging drive, said it was chewed out diff bushes and listed it as more than 3mm play etc. Besides the part where they're polyprane solid core bushes, he refused to believe me that it's just the state of those bushes, and more so, after calling a mate who's also a mechanic, I discovered you can't be failed on diff bushes anyway. Clearly out to make some extra money off me, and and doesn't do well in the people skills department either. Steer clear if your not mechanically minded enough to know what he's on about.

Took my car to Ross, he did a ripper job at fixing my dual fuel Fairlane but bad thing is he quoted $500, when I picked up the car he said $855 final price for all this unnecessary work and affected the braking which caused me to write the car off less than a week later. So although numerous things were improved, another was changed around and didn't meet my satisfaction. He's a bit overpriced but he sure knows what he's doing with fixing LPG vehicles.
