The only reason they get one star, is because there isn't the option to offer no stars. Lies and deprecation from the owner sum up how Body Tech runs their company. 5 months to fix a problem in a vehicle that the manufacturer identified in 2 hours. Disappointment is not a strong enough word for how we felt we were treated. Cannot warn enough to stay away from this place. And although the owner may call it garbage, unfortunately the truth can be seen in the months after. We are now having to go to a professional smash repairer, just to have the rust flecks on the paint work removed. When the car was in with body tech, it appears they didn't cover the car completely causing small metal particles to land on the car. And before body tech goes pointing the finger at someone else, such as the manufacturer, the body parts affected also include plastic components that generally don't rust. Just an ongoing nightmare caused from this company.

A very professional team who do very good repair work. The repair times can vary a little due to the high workload they have, but the repairs are very professional. I was called in to pick up my vehicle because I was told it was ready, however a small mark hadn't been repaired when I arrived. Luckily it was able to simply be polished out and I could pick up my car on the same visit. Close to car services Hertz and Avis for hire car options, and early opening hours to accommodate pick ups and drop offs.

Got a quote to get a few scrapes repaired for $2500+gst, I kept shoppig and found a quote for $800!! How can the margin between the two be so large? These guys are definitely cheats

Went to go get a quote for my car and when i walked in to the reception area, the receptionist was rolling her eyes and being unbelievably rude to the person she was talking with on the phone. 10 minutes later she got someone to give me a quote. When we walked out, the guy asked what insurance company i was with and when i answered he replied he can't give me a quote because they only work with 2 insurance companies.... After asking if he could give me a quote so that i could compare with the other quotes I've received he said "no mate, there's no point, it's a waste of my time because i can't repair the car anyway." Can't believe the terrible customer service i got, was absolutely gobsmacked. Would never go back and definitely not recommend this shop to anyone.

Pete gave me a awesome quote on my first visit. The job was great , the car was cleaned and even received a complimentary box of chocolate.
