Terrible people to deal with.No PR skills at all.No manners or general courtesy.Originally wanted my car for a week to repair which became a week and a half because they didn't order parts in time.
On arriving to collect car was ignored by staff.On checking the car I found that paintwork did not match original paintwork AND they had scrapped the driver's front mag wheel (recently new) and damaged it badly.
One person didn't even comment on mismatched paintwork and another claimed all the other panels on car must have been resprayed at some time as their paint job was right !!!!!!!
Didn't have the decency to own up to damaging the mag wheel.What a surprise !!!

My car went in for two repairs involving the exterior parts of the bumper bar + boot and the back passenger door. They did a stunning job with the paint job but the alignment of the door and boot was noticeably out of place. The timeliness of the repairs to be finished was average (2 weeks) and the staff working there weren't particularly friendly in person or over the phone.

Worst experience ever. Car was promised to be completed 2 weeks ago after being with them for 1 week. 2 weeks after their promise date still delays. Had to call on numerous occasions to get the to do their job. Once collected car was not cleaned even though one of their finaly delays was they still needed to wash and Polish the car... surprise surprise they never washed the car... Went there personally to watch them "wash" using only a rag told them not to bother as it would just scratch the paint as car was dusty from sitting around for almost 4 weeks... this place is not worth your time and effort.
