Mitch, I just want to let you know just in case you don't realise is that at the end of the day, your only washing cars. Your not performing life-saving open-heart surgery, nor are you splitting atoms. I drove up to Castle Hill last Monday and the shop was closed. Nowhere does it say on your website to call or make an appointment before visiting. I called Mitch and received a generic text reply asking for my details and car make and model. When I texted that it was a MITSUBISHI MIRAGE Mitch said that was not the type of car he deals with. I don't know how Mitch started off his detailing career but I'm sure his first car was not a Lamborghini or Ferrari. Money is money... I think he was more concerned about his reputation being a social media sheep he probably thought I wanted my car on his Instagram page. I didn't realise in Australia you couldn't get things done with your own money. Mitch, you missed out on the easiest $350 you would have ever made. Having now spoken to another car detailer and a car detailing product supplier, I have grave concerns for their well-being. I suspect that the chemicals these guys inhale from the products they use day in day out are affecting their rationale and their ability to see the world as we mere mortals see it. Maybe you guys should take a breath of fresh air once in a while. I will continue to use the old Morning Fresh and sponge to wash my pride and joy

Excellent service and great place to pirotect your car. Very quick and friendly. Mitch knows his business and is extremely helpful
