Really annoyed. Went into smith city today to stock up on my fishing gear... unfortunately the stock that they had was horrible and absolutely rubbish. Talked to some of my friends and they all agreed that it has gone down hill in the fishing and camping department! So disappointing

Purchased a lounge suite and had it delivered, very friendly sales service however after sales care left a bit to be desired. Smith city are unable to advise an exactly delivery time and the best they could off was some time between 12:00-16:30. Not very helpful guys....

Sunny was wonderful not an overpowering salesperson or pushy and had lots of knowledge of the products with an excellent discount. We love Smiths City.
