Yet, another big Warehouse shop. Still as messy as most of the others. Staff running around looking like they need direction, all wearing that can't be bothered expression on their faces. Ho Hum!

Took 20 minutes to check if they had ping pong balls or not and then refused to sell us any as they where stocktaking their clothing section at the time. The most painful and frustrating experience with poor customer service I've ever experienced. Incredibly tacky decorations by the customer service desk and an air of nonchalant disregard.

Bought a tall boy and bed from them 2 years ago...omg we had to repair it about 10 times each. Materials used were sooo pathetic. Wish I hadn't lost the receipts.
