I have spent the last five hours trying to get in touch with you, to inform you that the person meant to be collecting a television tonight, couldn't make it due to work commitments, so will have to be tomorrow. Does nobody answer the phone after 5.30pm and if so, maybe it should be stated somewhere so customers do not waste their entire evening on the phone. Not good enough.
Had to wait 45 minutes with my toddler for a TV that I'd ordered via click and collect, i got a notification 2 days prior that it was ready to collect... There was miscommunication between the staff member at the kiosk and store room, waiting on a forklift to access stock out back, then finally a new staff member with common sense told me she'd check if they had stock on the floor and there was so she then went and got it. That would have been the first thing I would have done instead of making me wait that long... was first 10 min, then 10 min again then no communication and no one knew what was going on. It's just lucky I wasn't in a rush that day but communcation needs to be better and if your order isn't ready, don't send a notification to the customer to avoid future issues...
Great customer service from the ladies there today. First Jennifer went above and beyond to help me find the 50kg weights that wasn't on the shelf from out the back. Then Huriana transported it to my car for me and helped me haul it in. Not to mention the check out staff who brought me my other items I'd left behind due to being distracted haha. Wonderful service and outstanding staff members.
Found this warehouse to be well stocked with all the brands the Warehouse usually carries in store. The only comment I have worth mentioning is that the DVD range seems to be better at some stores than other stores. This Warehouse here seems to have a narrower range of DVDs up for sale.nBeing in the Northlands mall there is ususlly good car parking. Just note the car parks are not large so swipe damage is a real possibility. Good alignment of your car in the car park does really help.
One staff member her name “Des or Jes” little skiny lady ‘not kiwi’ is very aggressive and sounds so unprofessional. Forcefully Canceled my order on the ftpos machine at self checkout just because i was buying two extra milk bottles to feed my family. She asked me to leave the warehouse otherwise i will tresspass you sounds so weird . She called security guy and both sent me out. Felt so disappointed and disrespectful. She wasn’t normal.
