I wanted to say a huge thankyou to Matt....I don’t know his last name. He works at the Northwood branch and personaon his way home from work delivered my under bench freezer. There was not one in stock at Northwood, so they got one from the distribution centre and Matt delivered it to me. Very, very grateful. Absolutely wonderful service from Matt.

On 13th February, 2018 we purchased a photo album on line which was to be a special gift to an overseas relation and we allowed sufficient time for it to be printed and posted by the required date. The album was printed and available for pick up well before the estimated time. We took it home and spent time looking at the finished product and the album came to pieces with loose pages. We returned it back to the shop and explained what had happened and the staff member Nikki arranged for another album to be printed and at our request was couriered to our home address so we could meet the mailing deadline. Nikki kept us informed of actions she had taken to ensure the replacement album was sent in the deadline set. Nikki was first class in her professional handling of the relevant issues. The replacement copy was received on time. When we examined the item lo and behold it fell to bits similar to the first one. We were not impressed to say the least. A phone call to Harvey Norman today 5th March we explained the position to Shanea and she was immediate in her response by saying leave it with me and I will phone you shortly. About an hour later Shanea phoned and explained their printing agent had a machine problem and that a yet another album would be printed and couriered to us urgently and further they would refund the original cost to us. Many thanks to Nikki and Shanea for their first class customer relations given to us. They both deserve special acknowledgment by their employer. Today 21st March I received a phone call from Shanea aking if we were satisfied with the replacement book. It was most pleasing to received a follow up these days. Thank you for Shanea for your professional action. Much appreciated .

Plenty of parking. Access good for abled and disabled. Staff get a salary and commission so can be pushy at times.

I bought a laptop online after checking stock available. Drove across town the next day to pick it up find they had sold the last one to someone else after my online purchase was transacted.

Great service, always happy to talk discount. Plenty of parking and you also have multiple competitors in the same block, but I've always found that HN will at least match any other price.
