We had excellent service from the salesman who helped with our decision on purchasing two Aza bedside tables and the salesman who helped with our purchase the following day sorry, can't remember their names. We are more than happy with our purchase and the pick-up time. They arrived sooner than expected and were in excellent condition. We are more than happy with the service from Harvey Norman and the furniture. Highly recommend this store and customer service.
Poor Gift Card policynFirstly I'll say that Harvey Norman, Christchurch, is a great store, has great products, great deals, and excellent staff.nBut its Gift Card Policy of only extending past the expiry date a single time, and having an expiry date only 2 months from date of issue, is extremely poor. It possibly even breaches the Consumer Guarantees Act ? Please re-think this policy

Kim in the Coffee Machine Dept is world class. I brought a machine from her, and her knowledge and care were impeccable. I would highly recommend heading and talking to Kim if you are wanting to consider a coffee machine - she is absolutely fabulous. A pleasure to deal with. She'll even make you coffees to try.
