They have a great range of cameras and accessories and the prices are competitive. There is a problem though and that is that the staff members are friendly but not knowledgeable enough. Many times that I have asked them for advice when I'm not sure about something, I found that I know more about that subject and I'm just a hobbyist.

Bad costomer service. Walked in on Saturday afternoon, 3 staff onsite and after 10 minutes in the store without even a hello I really felt unwelcomed. Looking into a new alpha7ii but unfortunately I will have to look somewhere else.

Awesome service and helpful staff. Went out of their way to help me find a part, where other shops simply said buy a whole new tripod just to make a quick sale. Will definitely come back to photo warehouse.
