I find it really hard to recommend H&M. I saw something on their website so went into the Christchurch store. Couldn't find it on the shelf so asked the shop assistant. Their answer was they don't know... they cant check the computer system to know if they have it or not and that it is a stupid system (their words not mine). There is no online shopping and the last bit of advice was..... come back in a couple of weeks. What is going on with H&M?? I have never heard of such a daft system. What is the point of a website if you cant get the product.

Massive variety of good quality clothing, always staff on hand to help but sometimes can have a bit of a wait for fitting rooms

Yip good clothes at reasonable price.... one of those places you need to keep visiting, sometimes they have good selection and other times not so good depending what you are after as it sells quick.

Greer in changing rooms was really lovely & really helpful in getting sizes - took over from some snotty young girl (didn't see her name badge) who initially showed us to changing room who wasnt friendly at all. Great range of clothes for young to middle-age, nice it's not just all for teens. Can get some great bargains. The changing rooms have always been full whenever ive gone so often bit of a wait.
