Not everyone knows what they want so we all tend to take our time and walk around the store checking out what they have. I had one dress in my hands and few mins later the staff member walked over and asked if I would like for them to hold the item until I’m ready to pay. In my head I was already thinking maybe they thought I’m trying to shoplift? So I just politely gave her the dress anyway. When I went to counter with a skirt and some earrings the lady laughed and murmured “Oh they’re not even worth stealing” I didn’t react as I didn’t want to be a Karen but this was NOT OKAY. The fact that the lady at counter obviously thought I was shoplifting was extremely rude and belittling and I was bloody offended. Was it because I was brown? Never going back to this store. Giving a star for the beautiful dresses but -10 for horrendous customer service.
I cannot rave enough about this location and in particular the customer service SUPERSTAR Em! I've been in a few times over the last few months and she has been incredibly patient with me, always made fantastic suggestions that truly suit my colour palette and body shape, I always leave with the perfect outfit. Thanks heaps Em! I'll see you again soon!

The blonde girl working was extremely rude and made absolutely no effort to help. Seemed more concerned about herself than the job at hand. Receive much better service from other stores which are always consistently good. Customer service -1.
sadly just no customer service not even a hi/welcome while I was in there, after previous times of being in this Pagani store, I did hope for better but then I'm not willing to stay around in a store after looking around, if I don't get any customer service
Maureen was absolutely wonderful! Incredibly friendly and proactive in helping me with my wedding guest dress needs. I felt very well looked after and highly recommend shopping at this store!
The staff named ALEESHA was very rude with her behaviour asking us to put on clothes back to the hanger which I find nowhere in my life, staff asking us to do that. Bad manner lady and never wanna go back into that shop against. She was not even a welcoming person. Very Bad customer service.
After walking in bang on opening time It was my absolute pleasure to be served by Sarah. She was bubbly, incredibly helpful and a wonder to deal with. A brilliant selection available at the store for both clothes and accessories, complimented greatly by the amazing customer service. 100% reccomend the store and the service. Will be returning!
Jess is an absolute delight to deal with. Great customer service. Great Banter & her outfits are just so cool! Would highly recommend checking Pagani South City out =]
Friendly good service. Well stocked. The top rack of clothing on sale is way too high though, impossible to see sizes. I would have bought more had I been able to reach.
