We received outstanding service from Ryan, the manager, a few weeks ago. Extremely helpful and patient, he made our day. Nothing was too much trouble. He is a great asset to Noel Leeming Moorhouse Ave and he has made it our favourite store.
Average. To many sales team standing around, I had to go and ask a member for help. More training needed for the staff I feel. Shouldn't be 4 or so looking around a phone in my opinion.nAnyhow was good range of stuff, could of sold me more if wanted, how ever brought what I wanted.
Today 26.12.2024 i visited Noel Leeming at Moorhouse Ave-Christchurch with intention to buy vacuum cleaner. Was looking around and ask the staff lady if she can help, she was on her phone typing and was not very interested to help. She ask her colleague to come to see if he can help somehow. I don’t remember his name but he was useless, everything i ask he replied he is not sure about the product and his advice was …”lady you should go to Harvey Norman they have more range of vacuum products there “ honestly i was speechless. Never ever will visit or buy something from this store, so unprofessional. Very disappointed.
Purchased a product via flybys. Call center super helpful. Store staff didn't pickup phone calls despite several attempts. Visited in person and some staff had training issues on how to process my order.
Appalling customer service in the large appliance area. Been in 3 times now and the same person always sitting on their phone! She will never get up and greet you! I asked for help the first time but she said she couldn’t help and I would need to speak to another person… 3 visits later I still haven’t been able to make the purchase! If you don’t want to work leave; you are wasting peoples time!
